The Balmy Living apartment, designed by the talented Yi-Chi Chen, is a testament to the power of innovative design. With a clever rearrangement of the layout, the public area now boasts abundant daylight and breathtaking views. The master bedroom, previously facing north, has been strategically positioned to face south, maximizing natural light and creating a more harmonious living environment.

What sets Balmy Living apart from other residential designs is its comprehensive and profound atmosphere. The titanium-plated doors, integrated as the main vista wall, not only serve as a stunning visual feature but also have a load capacity of up to 300 kg thanks to the foldable sliding track. Additionally, the inspection openings, embellished with rose gold paint, add an artistic touch while providing easy access for maintenance.

The functionality of Balmy Living is equally impressive. The adjustable design allows for the dining room to intelligently adapt to different numbers of people, creating a flexible and versatile space. The seamless integration of individual areas into a larger, cohesive space showcases the designer's ingenuity and attention to detail.

The living room of Balmy Living is a testament to the power of visual impact. The arc TV wall, adorned with stone and laminate hard plastic sheet, exudes natural charisma and draws the eye. Behind the sliding laminate hard plastic sheet door, the guest restroom and storage room are cleverly concealed, maintaining the sleek lines and perfect curvature of the room.

Extensive research has gone into the design of Balmy Living. The master bedroom features a big brick wall alongside the headboard, composed of materials that effectively absorb sound and maintain proper humidity levels. The aligned layout of the bathroom and dressing room ensures proper daylight and air quality, creating a serene and comfortable space.

The challenges faced during the creation of Balmy Living were overcome with creative solutions. The dressing room, exclusively decorated with two walls and a mirror, is bright and well-ventilated. The master bathroom, comparable to those found in top hotels, features stunning 120*60 silver fox granite wall bricks and honeycomb bricks that add a touch of luxury while being easy to clean.

Balmy Living has been recognized for its exceptional design with the prestigious Bronze A' Design Award in 2020. This award is bestowed upon designs that demonstrate outstanding creativity and resourcefulness, incorporating best practices in art, science, design, and technology.
